Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to a surfacing layer and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a corrosion-resistant surfacing layer for the inner wall of a nuclear power pressure vessel and a preparation method thereof. The corrosion-resistant surfacing layer for the inner wall of the nuclear power pressure vessel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01 to 0.02 percent of C, 2.69 to 3.61 percent of Mn, 2.04 to 3.59 percent of Si, 20.22 to 23.18 percent of Cr, 5.20 to 5.80 percent of Ni and the balance of Fe. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method and the application of the hexabasic alloy have the remarkable effects that a gradient material of a surfacing layer is synthesized by adopting a laser direct energy deposition or plasma spraying means, so that the differences of thermal expansion coefficients, melting points, elasticity moduli and the like between interfaces are effectively alleviated, and the performance of the hexabasic alloy is improved. And the resi |
