The method comprises the following steps: determining a global path according to a driving starting point and a driving target point of a target object; acquiring real-time environment data of the target object running on the global path, and dynamically determining a new global path; and a new global path is dynamically determined. The method has the advantages that large-scale sensor data can be processed more quickly by utilizing distributed big data processing capability, so that more efficient path planning is realized, and the robot can be helped to understand environmental characteristics through locality sensitive hashing and can plan a path more intelligently; and abnormal conditions can be identified, so that risks can be better avoided.
