The method comprises the following steps: in response to a video synthesis request, operating a first image acquisition device, a second image acquisition device and a voice input device; receiving environment image data acquired by the first image acquisition device, and performing image generation processing on the environment image data to obtain a first image; receiving medical image data acquired by the second image acquisition device, and performing image generation processing on the medical image data to obtain a second image; receiving environment voice data acquired by the voice input device, and performing voice generation processing on the environment voice data to obtain voice information; and synthesizing the first image, the second image and the voice information in real time to obtain a target video file. By adopting the method to carry out video synthesis, the target video file simultaneously
