Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a safe and rapid treatment method of waste nitrocotton, which comprises the following steps: soaking nitrocotton in a sodium hydroxide solution, and carrying out saponification reaction on the sodium hydroxide solution and the nitrocotton to remove the nitrocotton. According to the method, an alkaline solution soaking mode is adopted, equipment facilities and pipelines which are firmly attached with nitrocotton are treated, and the residual nitrocotton can be completely removed. Through verification of the embodiment of the invention, the nitrocotton can be completely saponified and removed within 60 hours by the sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration of 40g/L-100g/L.
