Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a sargassum fusiforme fermentation broth, a preparation method thereof and cosmetics, and the preparation method of the sargassum fusiforme fermentation broth comprises the following steps: S10, mixing sargassum fusiforme, a carbon source and water, and sterilizing to obtain an initial fermentation system; s20, inoculating the initial fermentation system with a lactobacillus liquid, and performing fermentation for a certain time; and S30, sterilizing after fermentation, and centrifuging to obtain supernate, namely the sargassum fusiforme fermentation liquor. Active ingredients in the sargassum fusiforme are released to a large extent through the fermentation effect of the lactobacillus, and meanwhile metabolites generated by the lactobacillus can cooperate with the active ingredients in the sargassum fusiforme to achieve a good antioxidant effect. The preparation method is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, cost is low, and the method can be applied to production of cosmetics.
