Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of a bacillus cereus microbial agent to degradation of pyrethroid pesticides in Sichuan pickles and improvement of the quality of the Sichuan pickles, and experiments show that when the bacillus cereus microbial agent is added into the Sichuan pickles in which the pyrethroid pesticides consisting of beta-cypermethrin, fenpropathrin and cyhalothrin exceed the standard, the content of the pyrethroid pesticides in the Sichuan pickles can be increased within 7 days, and the yield of the pyrethroid pesticides in the Sichuan pickles is increased. The residual quantity of the pyrethroid pesticide is greatly reduced and reaches the national pesticide residual quantity standard. Meanwhile, the bacillus cereus microbial agent is added into the Sichuan pickles, so that the flavor and taste of the pickles can be improved, and the quality of the pickles is better.
