Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a glass ceramic heating plate, a preparation method thereof and a heating device. The preparation method of the glass ceramic heating plate comprises the following steps: covering first glass ceramic with heating ink containing graphene and glass powder to form a liquid film; sintering the liquid film to form a heating layer; packaging the heating layer to prepare a glass ceramic heating plate; wherein the sintering treatment comprises the following steps: heating a liquid film to a sintering temperature through gradient heating treatment, carrying out heat preservation for 25-35 minutes, and carrying out gradient cooling treatment; the sintering treatment meets the following conditions: (1) the temperature rise time at the temperature higher than 400 DEG C does not exceed 30 minutes; (2) the sintering temperature is 40-60 DEG C lower than the softening point of the first microcrystalline glass; and (3) the sintering temperature is 150-200 DEG C higher than the initial melting tempera
