The invention provides an optical transmission module and an endoscope capable of more easily realizing miniaturization with a more stable structure. The optical transmission module includes an image sensor, a laser element, a laser drive circuit, an optical fiber, a heat dissipation wiring, an electric signal wiring, and a laminated substrate. The image sensor, the laser element, the laser driving circuit, at least a part of the optical fiber, at least a part of the heat dissipation wiring, at least a part of the electric signal wiring, and the laminated substrate are fixed to each other by a molding agent.
