According to the application, a fermentation extraction mode is adopted, candida utilis is taken as a fermentation strain, the tremella is subjected to fermentation extraction by adopting a fermentation process, the ultralow-molecular-weight tremella polysaccharide extract with the molecular weight of 3000Da or below is obtained, the tremella extract contains a large amount of active substances, and the content of tremella polysaccharide is 17.3 mg/ml or above. Besides, the low-molecular-weight tremella polysaccharide extract extracted through fermentation contains a large number of active substances, so that the final product can promote aquaporin AQP3 gene expression and has a long-acting mois
