Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a construction method of a model for simulating influenza A virus combined bacterial infection cells, which comprises the following steps: firstly, using influenza A virus, namely IAV diluted by 50-200 times, to infect mouse mononuclear macrophage leukemia cells, namely RAW264.7 cells, for 3-6 hours; and after removing the virus, culturing the cells for 12-36 hours by using a virus maintenance solution, and then adding lipopolysaccharide with the concentration of 0.25-4 mu g/ml to culture the cells for 12-36 hours to obtain the cell model. According to the invention, the cell model for simulating influenza A virus combined bacterial infection is successfully constructed.
