Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of chemical synthesis, in particular to a spiroxamine synthesis method which comprises the following steps: synthesizing 8-(tert-butyl)-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1, 4-dioxaspiro [4.5] decane by taking glycerol and p-tert-butyl cyclohexanone as raw materials, brominating the reaction liquid in the step 1) without treatment to obtain 8-(tert-butyl)-2-(bromomethyl)-1, 4-dioxaspiro [4.5] decane, and then adding the 8-(tert-butyl)-2-(bromomethyl)-1, 4-dioxaspiro [4.5] decane into the reaction liquid in the step 2) to obtain 8-(tert-butyl)-2-(bromomethyl)-1, 4-dioxaspiro [4.5] decane.
