A fluorenyl functionalized modified fused ring compound containing boron atoms and nitrogen atoms is used as the luminescent material; on one hand, the relaxation degree of an excited state structure can be reduced by utilizing a rigid skeleton structure of the fused ring compound, so that relatively narrow half-peak width is realized; on the other hand, fluorenyl functional modification is utilized, interaction between adjacent molecules can be effectively prevented through large steric hindrance, and the self-quenching problem of the emitter under high concentration is inhibited.
