Detection parameters of the gas chromatograph are optimally set, specifically, setting of the sample size, the temperature of a sample inlet, the temperature of a detector and a heating program of a column oven, optimization of a chromatographic column and setting of the flow of the chromatographic column and the flow of carrier gas are included, and detection data are obtained and analyzed through working software of gas chromatography. The detection method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of sharp peak pattern of the chromatographic peak, good symmetry, small baseline fluctuation, no drift, early peak retention time of the chromatographic peak, accurate and stable analysis data and the like.
