Application of C21 steroid deoxidized oligoglycoside compounds in preparation of anticomplement drugs

The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, and relates to a C21 steroid deoxy oligoglycoside compound and application thereof in preparation of anticomplement drugs. According to the invention, three C21 steroid deoxidized oligoglycoside compounds, namely, cynanchum sibiricum elements A-C, are separated from an n-butyl alcohol extraction part of a 95% ethanol extract of dried roots of metaplexaceae plant cynanchum sibiricum, and an in-vitro anti-complement activity evaluation experiment proves that the cynanchum sibiricum elements A-C have a relatively strong inhibition effect on both a classical pathway and an alternative pathway of a complement system.
