Through molecular structure design, resin acid and ethylene oxide are subjected to addition condensation under the action of a base catalyst to obtain a rosin-based macromonomer, and the rosin-based macromonomer, unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, unsaturated acid and the like are subjected to a copolymerization reaction to obtain the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. Under the synergistic effect of various groups, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high water-reducing rate, good workability and high adaptability. 本发明属于混凝土外加剂,具体涉及一种聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明通过分子结构设计,采用树脂酸和环氧乙烷加成缩合,在碱催化剂的作用下,得到松香基大单体,再和不饱和聚氧乙烯醚、不饱和酸等发生共聚反应,得到所述的聚羧酸减水剂。在各种基团的协同作用下,本发明的聚羧酸减水剂具有减水率高,和易性好,适应性高的特点。
