A temperature conduction area is arranged at the top of the shell, and an air inlet area is arranged on the side face of the shell; the cold and hot element and the heat dissipation assembly are arranged in the shell, one face of the cold and hot element is attached to the temperature conduction area, and the other face of the cold and hot element is attached to the heat dissipation assembly.
