The light-emitting PVC material has high brightness, can still emit brightness which can be distinguished by human eyes after being excited for 60 minutes, and is long in light-emitting duration time. 本发明涉及一种发光PVC材料及其制备方法和应用。该发光PVC材料包括如下重量份数的组分：PVC树脂40～85份，长余辉复合物4～20份。该发光PVC材料具有高亮度，并且在激发后的60min仍能发出人眼可辨别的亮度，发光持续时间长。
