Regeneration treatment process for water glass sand mold casting used sand

The invention discloses a sodium silicate sand mold casting used sand regeneration treatment process which comprises the following steps: carrying out sand mold casting by using spherical ceramic sand or ceramsite as crude sand, and carrying out magnetic separation, crushing and screening on used sand after shakeout of a casting; carrying out wet-process rod milling on the screened sand grains; carrying out primary sand washing on the sand grains subjected to the wet-process rod milling treatment; carrying out wet regeneration on the sand grains subjected to primary sand washing treatment; carrying out secondary sand washing on the sand grains subjected to wet regeneration treatment; and the sand grains subjected to secondary sand washing treatment are subjected to dehydration, drying, dust removal, secondary magnetic separation and cooling, and regenerated used sand is obtained. The process also comprises a sewage treatment process. According to the process, residual Na2O can be effectively removed, the cont
