Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses biological ink for promoting microvascularization as well as a preparation method and application of the biological ink. The bio-ink is prepared by the following method: 1) preparing filamentous microgel with the diameter within 20 microns as a pore-forming template from a sacrificial phase material A; 2, vascular endothelial cells and perivascular cells are planted on the surface of the filamentous microgel, and hydrogel microfilaments with the cells loaded on the surface are obtained; and 3) mixing the hydrogel microfilaments with the cells loaded on the surfaces with a solution of a matrix phase material B to obtain the biological ink for promoting formation of microvessels. By adopting the bio-ink for bio-printing, a capillary-like structure and a cross-scale capillary can be constructed.
