Comprising the following steps: S1, acquiring environmental data of a plurality of typical atmospheric test stations; s2, performing correlation analysis on the T2 copper corrosion rate and the environmental data to obtain key atmospheric environmental factors influencing the copper corrosion rate, the key atmospheric environmental factors including wetting time, SO2 deposition rate, relative humidity, temperature, rainfall, Cl deposition rate, rainwater pH value, particle concentration H2S and particle concentration NO2; s3, on the basis of standard copper dosage response function modeling, precipitation, a rainwater pH value, a rainwater pH value, a particle concentration H2S and a particle concentration NO2 are added to construct an MEFP quantitative model; and S4, performing nonlinear fitting on the MEFP quantitative model, and solving each coefficient to obtain a formula.
