Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an active regulation and control method for tooth surface textures of grinding teeth of a worm grinding wheel based on micro-pulse grinding. The method comprises the following steps that a white light interferometer is used for measuring the surface appearance of a gear generated in a conventional grinding mode, and accurate information of the tooth surface texture gully height is obtained; the height of the texture gullies serves as a reference for determining the amplitude of the micro-pulses, the frequency of the pulses is set, and a grinding program of the micro-pulses is generated; and copying the changed NC program into a specified folder of a numerical control system of the numerical control gear grinding machine tool, replacing the original program, and carrying out micro-pulse grinding machining.
