The system comprises eight donor carriers, two template carriers and four accepting carriers. According to the system, a Golden Gate method is utilized to construct entry vectors which have different numbers of sgRNA expression cassettes and contain different Gateway recombinant arms; and finally, assembling different entry vectors onto a receiving vector through a recombination reaction to realize the construction of the multi-gene editing expression vector. According to the invention, a plurality of sgRNA expression cassettes can be assembled to a single expression vector, and the target of multi-target operation genome, including knockout, base editing, transcription inhibition or activation, can be realized.
