The bifidobacterium lactis MN-Gup, the bifidobacterium lactis M8, the lactobacillus plantarum LP6 and the lactobacillus casei Zhang are combined, and animal experiments prove that triglyceride and cholesterol in serum can be obviously reduced, so that the bifidobacterium lactis composition can be used for preventing and improving corresponding types of hyperlipemia. 本发明涉及微生物制剂领域，具体涉及一种有利于血脂健康的益生菌组合物。本发明通过组合乳双歧杆菌MN-Gup、乳双歧杆菌M8、植物乳杆菌LP6、干酪乳杆菌Zhang，经动物试验验证，能明显降低血清中的甘油三酯和胆固醇，因而可用于预防和改善相应类型的高脂血症。
