The invention discloses an activating agent, a prefabricated paste, a prefabricated part and a process for thin-wall penetrability defect repair, and relates to the field of gas turbine high-temperature blade repair, the activating agent at least comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 7.1%-9.8% of Cr, 15.2%-19.8% of Co, 2.5%-4.3% of A, 0.2-1.7% of W, 6.2%-8.7% of T < i >, 5.6%-7.8% of Ta, 5.6%-8.8% of Mo, 2.7%-4.2% of Ru, 5.6%-7.8% of Hf, 0.07%-0.15% of Zr, 0.10%-0.15% of C and 0.01%-0.05% of Sc. The prefabricated paste is prepared from an activating agent, a curing agent and a binding agent; the prefabricated part is made of prefabricated paste; the process comprises the steps of defect polishing, prefabricated part forming, prefabricated part shaping, defect material adding and post-processing.
