Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing an industrial-scale reverse sulfuration sulfur-rich polymer through temperature programming, which at least comprises the following steps of: 1, melting a dicyclopentadiene raw material with a certain weight in warm water, 2, adding settled sulfur into the molten dicyclopentadiene, and uniformly mixing; 3, heating the mixture to 50 DEG C, and introducing nitrogen or rare gas; 4, heating the mixture to 115-120 DEG C, and 5, heating the reaction liquid obtained in the step 4 to 140 DEG C to obtain a dark brown prepolymer; 6, cooling the dark brown prepolymer to room temperature to obtain a brown sticky body-prepolymer, and 7, carrying out temperature programming curing on the brown sticky body-prepolymer to obtain a reverse sulfuration sulfur-rich polymer product; and 8, detecting the product by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The invention relates to the technical field of chemistry, in particular to a method for preparing an industrial-scale reve |
