Insulated container and method of forming same

The invention discloses an insulated container and manufacturing steps thereof. The insulated container includes an outer shell formed of thin aluminum walls. The housing includes an outer wall and an outer base. The container also includes an inner shell formed from a thin aluminum wall. The inner shell includes an inner wall and an inner base. The inner wall is coupled to the outer wall at the top of the container. The inner wall at least partially tapers. The container also includes an interface between the outer base and the inner base at the bottom of the container.
