The primer composition comprises a reverse transcription primer of at least one of hsa-miR-133a, hsa-miR-141, hsa-miR-143 #, hsa-miR-151-5p, hsa-miR-29c, hsa-miR-429 and hsa-miR-96, a forward primer of fluorescent quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), a reverse primer of fluorescent quantitative PCR, and a probe of fluorescent quantitative PCR.
