Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, in particular to a glass fiber reinforced halogen-free flame-retardant PA66 process which specifically comprises the following steps: step S1, preparing blending raw materials including PA66 resin, alkali-free glass fibers, a composite halogen-free flame retardant, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a coupling agent and a nucleating agent; s2, blending the raw materials in proportion; s3, extruding and granulating through a double-screw extruder to obtain a granular material; s4, drying the granular material to obtain glass fiber reinforced halogen-free flame-retardant PA66 particles, and performing vacuum packaging on the glass fiber reinforced halogen-free flame-retardant PA66 particles; according to the composite material prepared by the process, the flame-retardant characteristic is improved, the vertical combustion grade reaches V-0 grade, and the mechanical property of the composite material is improved.
