Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a semiconductor nanoparticle composite in which a ligand is coordinated to the surface of a semiconductor nanoparticle, the semiconductor nanoparticle being a core/shell type semiconductor nanoparticle having a core containing In and P and one or more layers of shells, the semiconductor nanoparticle further containing a halogen, in the semiconductor nanoparticles, the molar ratio of halogen to In is 0.80-15.00 in terms of atoms, the ligands include one or more types of mercapto fatty acid esters represented by general formula (1), HS-R1-COO-R2 (1), the SP value of the mercapto fatty acid esters is 9.20 or more, the molecular weight of the mercapto fatty acid esters is 700 or less, and the average SP value of the whole ligands is 9.10-11.00.
