Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rotary kiln calcined cement non-clinker composite seed crystal energy-saving additive and a use method, and relates to the technical field of cement preparation, the additive is prepared by fully mixing and grinding steel slag, bauxite, phosphorus slag, fluorite and granulated blast furnace slag; the method comprises the following steps: fully mixing and grinding additives, adding 3-8% by mass of the additives into a cement raw material, mixing, and then feeding into a rotary kiln for clinker calcination; according to the present invention, the liquid phase generation temperature and the liquid phase viscosity in the clinker calcination process can be effectively reduced, the diffusion speed of C2S and CaO in the liquid phase can be improved, and the development and growth of C3S crystals can be promoted so as to substantially reduce the cement calcination energy consumption and reduce the carbon emission.
