Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for measuring the normal force of magnetorheological fluid in a non-uniform magnetic field based on COMSOL simulation. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a rheometer model with the same size in COMSOL according to the boundary dimension and the internal structure of an MCR-302 rotational rheometer; meanwhile, different currents are introduced into an MCR-302 rotational rheometer, the magnetic induction intensity of the experimental platform is measured by using a Teslameter, and then the currents of the excitation coil in the COMSOL simulation model are set to be the same, so that the number of turns of the coil is adjusted; during an experiment, magnetorheological fluid to be tested is placed on a test platform of an MCR-302 rotational rheometer, and the magnetorheological fluid is sealed by a rotor, so that the magnetorheological fluid is kept in a cylindrical shape on the test platform of the rheometer; according to the actual condition of the magnetorh |
