Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an examination supervision and management system and method. The system comprises student examination equipment and teacher invigilation equipment. The student examination equipment comprises an examination monitoring table and an examinee bracelet which are arranged in a matched manner, and the teacher examination monitoring equipment comprises an examination monitoring terminal; the invigilation terminal is in data connection with the invigilation table and the examinee bracelet, and an invigilation teacher can read data collected by the invigilation table and the examinee bracelet through the invigilation terminal and send a control instruction to the invigilation table and the examinee bracelet. According to the invention, the posture, the answering condition and the physical condition of the examinee can be monitored under the condition that an invigilation teacher does not walk, whether the examinee has abnormal behaviors or is uncomfortable is monitored, the invigilation teache
