Sodium tungstate is used as a tungsten source, oxalic acid is used as a structure-directing agent, hydrochloric acid is used as an etching agent, sodium tungstate, oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid are mixed to prepare a mixed solvent, and the tungsten oxide nano-plate is obtained after a hydrothermal synthesis reaction.
