Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a regeneration method of a phosphorus-poisoned Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst, and the regeneration method comprises the following steps: carrying out hydrothermal aging treatment on the phosphorus-poisoned Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst to obtain a regenerated Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst; the existence form of phosphorus in the regenerated Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst comprises any one or a combination of at least two of phosphorus oxide, polyphosphate, short polyphosphate or AlPO4. The activity of the regenerated Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst at 400 DEG C is greatly recovered, and the purification efficiency of NOx at 225 DEG C is recovered from 20% or below after phosphorus poisoning to 80% or above. The regeneration method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate and low in cost, and the inhibited activity of the phosphorus-poisoned Cu-based molecular sieve catalyst can be greatly recovered.
