Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an automatic sleeving device and equipment for foam parts. The automatic sleeving device for the foam parts comprises a mechanical arm assembly and a double-head clamping assembly, and the mechanical arm assembly drives the double-head clamping assembly to move between a foam part feeding station and a sleeving station; the double-head clamping assembly comprises a first clamping jaw mechanism, a second clamping jaw mechanism, a support and a sleeving driving mechanism. The first clamping jaw mechanism and the second clamping jaw mechanism are arranged on the support in a spaced mode, and the first clamping jaw mechanism and the second clamping jaw mechanism respectively clamp one of a pair of foam pieces with opposite sleeving notches at the foam piece feeding station. The first clamping jaw mechanism and the second clamping jaw mechanism are driven by the sleeving driving mechanism at the sleeving station and move oppositely after moving oppositely.
