Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of ultrasound, in particular to a preparation method of a carbon nanofiber-based photoinduced ultrasonic transducer. The preparation method of the carbon nanofiber-based photoinduced ultrasonic transducer comprises the following steps: 1) spinning a polyacrylonitrile (PAN) film by using an electrostatic spinning method, and controlling the thickness of the PAN film according to the spinning time and the solution amount; 2) performing high-temperature carbonization on the PAN fiber membrane in inert gas to obtain a carbon nanofiber membrane; 3) growing metal nanoparticles on the surface of the carbon nanofiber membrane by using a physical vapor deposition method to obtain a metal nanoparticle-carbon nanofiber composite membrane; 4) preparing a metal nanoparticle-carbon nanofiber-PDMS composite layer on the quartz glass sheet; and 5) putting the quartz glass sheet and the metal nanoparticle-carbon nanofiber-PDMS composite layer into a vacuum drying oven, and carrying
