The gas collecting chamber is connected with a gas discharging valve of the gas compressor through a gas distribution manifold, when the gas compressor works, the gas discharging valve can actively discharge gas or passively discharge gas, gas discharged from the gas discharging valve can be discharged into the gas collecting chamber to be stored, and the nozzle is communicated with the gas collecting chamber. The nozzle is arranged at an air inlet of the air compressor and used for releasing air to the air inlet when the air compressor is about to enter a stall instability state or already enters the stall instability state.
