The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting cobalt nitrate, urea, ammonium fluoride and foamed nickel treated by acid into a reaction kettle for hydrothermal preparation of a NiCo2O4 precursor, annealing in a tubular furnace to obtain nano needle-shaped NiCo2O4, and finally synthesizing an ultrathin two-dimensional nano sheet on a one-dimensional NiCo2O4 nano needle by an electro-deposition method, and finally, the vegetable sponge-shaped NiCo2O4-coated NixSy nano composite array electrode material with one-dimensional and two-dimensional characteristics is formed.
