The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing powder according to molar percentage; step 2, blue synthesis of cubic zirconia by adopting a cold crucible shell melting method; step 3, performing X-ray irradiation on the blue synthetic cubic zirconia crystal to change color of the blue synthetic cubic zirconia crystal; step 4, heat treatment; step 5, irradiating with an ultraviolet lamp; and step 6, shooting and comparing various synthesized cubic zirconia after irradiation, heat treatment and ultraviolet irradiation, measuring the chromaticity of the synthesized cubic zirconia by using a fiber optic spectrometer, and seeking optimal heat treatment and illumination parameters for recovering the color to the original chromaticity before irradiation.
