The invention relates to a preparation method of acetylated lignin fatty acid hybrid nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: modifying lignin by using an acetylation solution, respectively dissolving acetylated lignin and fatty acid in an ethanol-ethyl acetate solution, filtering to obtain filtrate of the acetylated lignin and the fatty acid, uniformly mixing the filtrate of the acetylated lignin and the fatty acid with the same volume to obtain mixed filtrate, and drying to obtain the acetylated lignin fatty acid hybrid nanoparticles.
