Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a power transmission tower safety assessment method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that displacement information of all tower legs of a tower and wind speed information and wind direction angle information of wind loads borne by the tower are obtained; inputting the displacement information, the wind speed information and the wind direction angle information into a trained stress prediction model to obtain a predicted stress value for the iron tower; and determining the safety state of the iron tower based on a comparison result between the predicted stress value and a reference stress value. According to the method, on the basis of considering the influence of tower leg support displacement on the safety of the iron tower, the influence of environmental factors such as wind speed and wind direction angle on the safety of the iron tower is considered, and the accuracy of an evaluation result can be improved; the stress value is pred
