The invention relates to a sealing performance detection device. The sealing performance detection device comprises an upper clamp, a lower clamp and a leakage detection mechanism. The upper clamp and the lower clamp are used for fixing a detected workpiece after being combined. The leak detection mechanism comprises a round hole sealing assembly, a horizontal sealing assembly, a vertical sealing assembly and an air tightness leak detector, the round hole sealing assembly, the horizontal sealing assembly and the vertical sealing assembly are respectively connected with the upper clamp, and the round hole sealing assembly is used for plugging a round hole interface of a detected workpiece; the horizontal sealing assembly and the vertical sealing assembly are used for plugging a right-angle surface interface of a tested workpiece; and the air tightness leak detector is connected with the detected workpiece during detection.
