Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of profile manufacturing, and provides a thermoplastic composite pultrusion and injection molding integrated forming method which comprises the following steps: dividing a preformed section of a multi-cavity complex structural member into a main bearing structure and a secondary bearing and functional structure; multi-axial cloth or unidirectional fibers are adopted for layer laying and pultrusion, and a main bearing structure is obtained; performing injection molding on chopped fibers and thermoplastic resin to form a secondary bearing and functional structure, curing the secondary bearing and functional structure and the main bearing structure into a whole, and performing cooling, traction and cutting to obtain the composite material.
