Zusammenfassung:A [gamma] [delta] T cell is provided for ensuring the purity and number of cells sufficient to be processed. A method of producing gamma delta T cells is also provided. More specifically, homogeneous [gamma] [delta] T cells are provided which are superior in that the [gamma] [delta] T cells are not affected by cell depletion. The scheme is realized by gamma delta T cells obtained by carrying out differentiation induction treatment on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells). Specifically, the scheme is realized through gamma delta T cells generated by carrying out differentiation induction treatment on iPS cells (gamma delta TCR-type iPS cells) with rearranged gamma delta TCR genes.
