The circuit comprises a slow start module, a first switch module, a second switch module and a switch control module, the first input end and the second input end of the slow start module are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery, and the output end of the slow start module is respectively connected with the first end of the first switch module and the control end of the second switch module; the second end of the first switch module is connected with the cathode of the battery, and the control end of the first switch module is connected with the switch control module; the second switch module is connected in series in an access between the convergence device and the battery; when the voltage of the control end of the second switch module is greater than the first preset voltage, the second switch module is switched on; and the switch control mod
