Growing graphene on the growth substrate by adopting a chemical vapor deposition method to obtain a graphene-growth substrate composite material; acrylate is used as a protective layer to be spin-coated on the surface of the material, the growth substrate is removed after curing, a solid substrate is adopted to be attached to graphene floating on the liquid surface after the growth substrate is removed, transferring is completed, and a graphene-solid substrate layered structure is obtained; and removing the protective layer to finally obtain the graphene coating material.
