Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting perfluorinated compounds in water by adopting solid-phase extraction membrane extraction-high performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, which comprises the following steps of: enriching the perfluorinated compounds in a water body by using an anion exchange solid-phase extraction membrane, and quickly passing a water sample through the solid-phase extraction membrane at a high flow rate; and then detecting by adopting a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer, and quantitatively determining the perfluorinated compounds in the water body by adopting an internal standard method. The method has the advantages of simple operation, good reproducibility and high sensitivity, and can rapidly determine the content of the perfluorinated compounds in the water body.
