A fermentation product of the endophytic fungus of the plant ageratum conyzoides, disclosed by the invention, contains meso-Erythritol (erythritol), N-Carboxymethasparadic acid (N-carboxymethyl aspartic acid), Pyroglumic acid (pyroglutamic acid) and (R)-3-Isopropyrane-2, 5-piperizinedione ((R)-3-isopropyl piperazine-2, 5-diketone), and the endophytic fungus of the plant ageratum conyzoides disclosed by the invention has a relatively strong inhibition effect on tea-oil tree colletotrichum gloeosporioides, so that the endophytic fungus of the plant ageratum conyzoides has a relatively strong inhibition effect on the tea-oil tree colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Therefore, the invention has a
