Slide flow driving arrangement system and method

The invention provides a slipstream driving arrangement system and method. Exemplary embodiments described in the present disclosure generally relate to systems and methods of forming a fleet of vehicles and utilize slipstream formations that may provide benefits such as, for example, reducing fuel consumption of following vehicles. In an exemplary method, a first vehicle transmits a request to form a fleet with a second vehicle. The request may be initiated by a slipstream driving arrangement, which may be part of the first vehicle or disposed in a personal communication device of a driver of the first vehicle. Upon receipt of acceptance of the request from the second vehicle, the first vehicle may perform a meeting operation to merge with the second vehicle and perform a slipstream formation with the second vehicle.
