Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an environment monitoring and early warning system which comprises a sampling probe rod assembly, a pollutant analysis assembly and an industrial control assembly. The sampling probe assembly collects test sample gas of different sampling points and conveys the test sample gas to different pollutant analysis units in the pollutant analysis assembly, the pollutant analysis assembly feeds back pollutant monitoring and analysis data to the industrial control assembly, and when it is monitored that the pollutant concentration is abnormal, the industrial control assembly sends the pollutant monitoring and analysis data to the sampling probe assembly. The industrial control assembly obtains wind speed and wind direction parameters of an abnormal sampling point through the sampling probe rod assembly, judges the pollutant source direction according to the wind speed and wind direction parameters, and controls the sampling probe rod assembly to carry out image evidence obtaining on the pollut
